At Kennywood, I won a stuffed giant banana. It’s kind of strange, but I really like it. It looks kind of like the moon. I have often taken it to bed with me, but it’s hard to sleep with because it’s so huge. It always ends up on the floor by morning. I like my giant banana.

10 second song
I have an album of songs by They Might Be Giants called Here Comes Science. In it, there is a ten second song called Here Comes Science. You can buy it on Itunes for about $1.50, which I think is way overpriced for a ten second song. That means it’s 15c per second. I wonder if Itunes will ever change the price to something more reasonable.

burn hydrogen
Recently, I’ve been thinking about trying to burn a hydrogen. I will get the hydrogen by using electrolysis. Running electricity through water is electrolysis. The water molecules split into oxygen and hydrogen atoms. The hydrogen goes to the negatively charged wire and the oxygen goes to the positively charged wire. After I capture the hydrogen I will burn it. I think it will look very interesting.

Apple vs. Microsoft
When it comes to computers, the two biggest companies are Apple and Microsoft. They have some similarities and differences. They are both very successful companies focused mainly on software. However, there are a lot of differences. Microsoft mostly just makes software but Apple also makes its own hardware. On computers, Microsoft makes more complex software which allows you to do more things, while Apple makes simpler software that is much easier to understand. For apple’s software, you have to buy their computers which cost more than the average computer. These are two very different companies with very different software.
There are also other things besides computer software these companies make. Apple made a whole line of handheld devises. First were the Ipod’s. They were simply mp3 players; the later ones also able to play movies and games. Then there was the Iphone. It could play songs and movies just like the Ipod’s. It even had a phone, but what really made it special was the app system. You could download anything made by anyone. With the touch screen and the ability to sense movement, it’s a great gaming device. The only thing bad about it is the screen is only about 3" x 2".
Just after the Iphone came the Ipod Touch. It’s just an Iphone without the phone part. Very recently, Apple made the Ipad. It is like and Ipod Touch, just much bigger. Microsoft, on the other hand, hasn’t made much. To compete with the Ipad, I believe Microsoft made a tablet PC. It has barely any popularity and most people don’t know about it. Apple is clearly the better handheld device maker.

Netbook
I just got a Netbook today for a slightly late birthday present from my dad. I am very excited and I want to try it out, but I need to charge it for eight hours before the first use. The instructions say that for the maximum battery capacity, I’ll need to completely fill up and completely drain the battery. I think I’ll mostly use the Netbook for school work and programming. I like to program in C++ a lot. I really like my new Netbook and I’m dying to try it out.
Cellcraft
I recently came across a free online flash game that I really like. It’s called Cellcraft. In that game you are a cell that must survive and complete the goal. It is a fun and challenging game that also teaches you some about cells. The game also has a great storyline and in the end you save the platypus race. It is a neat game.
I don't want to write
I don’t want to write a paragraph. I really don’t, but I have to write one everyday that I’m with my mom. Writing a paragraph is hard so I don’t want to do it. Oh look, my paragraph’s done. I’ll go to bed now.
